A cycling tour is one of the best ways to explore and discover the beauty of a region or Country. As you probably know, I’m a cycling tour consultant and photographer with a good knowledge of most touristic locations all over Europe, specialising in Italy and France. I now live in London, but it’s always a great pleasure for me to go back to Italy, to assist tourists in their trip making sure they have a memorable travel experience.
Looking at Italy through the eyes of a tourist, makes me realise how beautiful it is and how much it has to offer in terms of stunning landscapes, historical cities and architecture, and of course the delicious food and wine.
On this particular cycling tour, we took a group of keen cyclists to discover the region of Veneto, starting from Venice and ending in Verona.
A circular anti-clockwise tour meandering through the landscape and vineyards of Soave, Prosecco and many other local wineries.
We rode through many small towns and villages to get to the major cities such as Vittorio Veneto, Bassano del Grappa, Treviso and Verona.
This tour was run and organised by ALPE.cc for Intrinsic Financial Services raising money for the Samaritans Charity
